EMPLOYEE well-being Hub

At present this will be on offer to companies who have been involved in well-being workshops and wish to have a follow-on package for their employees to access as and when.

 

Each month there will be new guided meditations, breathing exercises, gut health guidance, recipes and cooking demos. Employees will access this service through my website where there will be a per employee cost of £5.99 per month.

 

Through time this can be promoted as a light version of companies wishing to work with me to improve staff wellness. As of yet this is still to be built on my site and I'll let you know when available.
