A collaboration between myself and Adele Darbyshire where we chat about common issues to do with mind mood and food and give natural solutions. A new episode is released through Anchor, Spotify, ITunes and YouTube bi-weekly at 12pm. It's aimed at women 40 - 60 who are looking for alternative solutions.
